We asked Peter to play at my father's funeral at the Abbey Chapel, and his playing brought a quiet dignity to the day. As the hearse made its way from the gate to the crematorium, Flower of Scotland was beautifully played, with great feeling. It created a calm and moving atmosphere that meant a great deal to us and to those attending. Many of our guests commented on how moving it was. Peter was professional, respectful, and clearly understood the tone of the occasion. Thank you for helping us say goodbye in such a fitting way.

As a Community Celebrant I had occasion to work with Peter at a funeral at Cam Valley Crematorium on March 2nd. Peter set the scene by piping the funeral party to the entrance, played during the ceremony and when everyone was leaving. Peter is a very skilled piper and was able to play all the music the family requested. The funeral ceremony was memorable and inspiring due to Peter's musical contribution.

Peter was the bagpiper for the Guild of International Professional Toastmasters Burns Supper at Cambridge Belfry Hotel on January 18th. He played a fantastic medley of the songs of Robert Burns prior to the supper and a fantastic version of "A Man's a Man for a that" while piping in the Haggis. Peter stayed beyond his booking time to entertain the guests with some really fantastic piping. He was a real essential edition to a splendid evening.

Peter played at my husband's funeral. He led the hearse from the gates to the crematorium with a beautiful Scottish lament, and then piped my husband's casket into the service. This was live-streamed to family in Scotland, and it made the moment feel especially meaningful. I would happily recommend Peter to anyone.

Peter played at my US Army 65th General Hospital remembrance event at Redgrave Church, Suffolk in July 2025. He arrived dressed in traditional piping attire, which looked the part next to the American and British service personnel. After a brief chat about what I required, he made some suggestions and I was happy to leave the music to his creative talents. He collaborated with the Royal British Legion, and American Air Force personnel to fit seamlessly within their ceremonial duties. His piping was spine-tingling and added a truly special atmosphere to the day. The slow airs as guests arrived were beautifully judged and set the tone perfectly for the service. At the end of the event, Peter led the standard bearers out with a march that brought the ceremony to a fitting and memorable close. It even brought some of the congregation to an emotional tear. Even now, people still comment on the atmosphere his music created. Peter was polite, approachable and professional throughout and I would not hesitate to recommend him for remembrance services and ceremonial occasions.

Peter called me to discuss which tunes to play. He was incredibly helpful and very easy to talk to, making the booking go very smoothly. On the day he was excellent throughout the service. Recommended.

Peter played at our wedding. He welcomed guests at the church and then gave us entry and exit music. At the reception, he played while moving around the garden creating a wonderful atmosphere. Finally he led the party into the wedding breakfast. Peter made our day very special and everyone loved the pipes, thank you!
